We can work lengthy events such as conferences with all photography, videography and audio capture needs, to smaller events or shoots that could be in the range of 2+ hours. The output of any content can be rushed for output on social media channels, scaled up or down to meet your needs, with packages of shooting and editing for each services starting at $450.

Drone footage and live streaming can be integrated to create content that is of the highest professional standard and can take your customers breath away. These can be integrated and packaged into other photography or videography packages or delivered on their own.

Studio Rates for Recording or Film Clips

We are interested in being able to meet any of your needs. Get in touch with us to discuss exactly what you're after and we can provide a full quote. We provide discounts when doing longer term work on an album or EP. We've done work with voice over artists, soloists, bands and producers at an hourly rate starting at $50 an hour and daily sessions at $450.

We can also help you build your visual portfolio, with graphic design, film clips, web sites or filming live gigs. These vary in price however, you can get in contact with us to discuss what you need to build your profile. We've got plenty of options for you and can provider a cheaper package for more than one service.

Types of Bookings

When you need to do a show reel for voice over, singing or an instrument, we can get rolling with one hour blocks. A daily booking is a 10 hour block, that usually runs from 10am through to 8pm.

All bookings include a recording engineer to help you with all your recording.

What you get

All the gear listed on the equipment page comes included regardless of the rate, and accurately reflects everything that is currently available for use. Studio rates also include full use of musical gear like amps, guitars, effect pedals, snares and keyboards.

CD's and DVD's

$2.50 per unit. You are welcome to bring your own.

 

Audio and data retention policy

At the completion of your project, any digital data created as part of your session will be stored for a period of 28 days as a courtesy.

If you are recording at Head Gap and mixing elsewhere, audio recorded on hire reels will be retained by Head Gap up to a maximum of 7 days.

If you require a complete copy of the session and audio data at the completion of a mix session, then you'll need to supply a suitable external hard drive for matted for Mac.

 

Payment terms

You will need to pay for your booking at the conclusion of the session.

We accept cash and on-the-spot internet bank transfer. We can also send you a payment request via PayPal if you need to use a credit card.

Deposits are not normally required, although in certain circumstances we may request a deposit in order to secure a booking. We will let you know if we need a deposit.
